David Fischer To be honest, I cannot even recall why I bought this. Was it because of the excellent cover? Maybe. Was it because Galgenfrist is a metal as fuck name for an album? Maybe. Or was it rather because the name Nortt has a stubborn beauty to it I can hardly resist? Maybe. I certainly did not buy it because it is funeral doom, but I am glad I did, anyway. Highly atmospheric and immersive, bleak and pale as death itself, desolate and addictive. Perfect soundtrack to enjoy some well-kept weltschmerz to. Favorite track: Af Døde.

L. P. Lopez funeral doom black metal combined with some ambient stuff. whatever you will call it, its going to kill you slowly. enjoy. Favorite track: Til Gravens Vi.

Casper Gjede Jansen This album is depression on media. This is a despairing soul going towards his own devastation.
It is compelling and scary as hell at the same time. I can only recommend you listen to the entire album from start to finish, because this is a great album. Nortt is music that should be FELT. Favorite track: Havet Hinsides Havet.

Borndead Such an imense and hard hitting album, been hooked as soon as I´ve heard the first note in "Af Døde" years ago. Favorite track: Af Døde.

Brad Abar Best Nortt yet; slower, sadder, better. If I was making a horror movie, I would want Nortt to do the soundtrack. Favorite track: Til Gravens Vi.

Fantastic album,its "abandon all hope & integrity" in musical form. You can listen to it,hit repeat and still be entertained all day. Heavy flow of melodies & screams, the tracks don't drag or have any filler that won't belong. If you like DSBM you'll enjoy this Tleilaxu
